Hey

Sorry I know its been awhile but I have been busy finishing my second to last semester of school and work. So I have a few ideas of what to put here so heres a list:

1. I decided I am goin to write a story entirely on this blog (I love to write so maybe something good will come out).

2. I have decided to take all the books I have (I have atleast 200 books) and read them all, posting summaries and other things about the books as I read them. This will probably take awhile and I need to count all the books I have

3.  I will continue my series on my favorite things as soon as I know what I want to post next.

4. Finally, I will try to post as often as I can and will probably sort out a schedule to when my posts will be up.

Thanks for bearing with me as I sort out my confusing mind.

PS I also started another blog where I will be posting creations that I have done in photoshop and other graphic design software.

The Sound of Music

Many know the movie "The Sound of Music" and have watched it at least once. I love this movie. Julie Andrews and Christopher Plummer play Maria and Captain Von Trapp who fall in love, get married, and escape from Austria. That's not entirely true.

Yes they did fall in love but the story is more romanticized than what actually happened.
It is true that Maria was practicing to be a nun and was sent to take care of Von Trapp's children. Only Maria was only supposed to care for one of the children, the oldest who was also named Maria as she was recovering from Scarlet Fever. And the family left Austria 11 years before the Nazi takeover, they didn't escape.

Now there's always more to a story but I wont spoil it for you.
I remember watching The Sound of Music before I could talk. I knew when the movie was on just by hearing the music. This started my love of musicals and musical theatre. I could tell you every word of The Sound of Music. When I was 4, I watched it 3 times in one day while my sisters were at school.

Listening to Julie Andrews sing was my favorite thing about the movie. Christopher Plummer's rendition of Edelweiss would make anyone want to sing along. Edelweiss is probably my favorite song because of him singing it.

To conclude, The Sound of Music is a good movie that any little kid could understand and enjoy. It's a timeless classic musical everyone can enjoy.

Disclaimer: If this doesn't make sense I am sorry. I tend to just write when something comes to me.

Introductory Blog

In this blog you'll see all my random musings. Most posts will be about things I've seen or heard.
I'll try to update every couple days unless inspiration strikes and I want to write more.

I appreciate any comments or whatever you want to tell me.

Enjoy!
